Imagine sitting around the campfire in the evening…sticky marshmallows on your fingers…listening to the laughter of your kids as they fall exhausted into bed after a day of tubing, fishing, playing and making new friends. In the distance a guitar is playing as other families enjoy the quiet evening together as tales of the day unfold.

Each spring you wait with anticipation for the bulbs and hostas that you planted in your garden to poke their heads out of the ground….your garden decor is perfect and the little white lights that you hung up around your site have created a special oasis that is your “home away from home” escape…..

As transient campers are busy thinking about packing up…you know that all you have to do is pack up the kids to head home….and know that at the next chance you will be back….life as a Seasonal camper!

B09 - H/W Transient Seasonal Site

B9 – Transient Seasonal site available for the May 1st – Thanksgiving Monday (5 1/2 Month) Season. Renewable for 2027 by invitation only.

Large lot with mostly sun and some large cedar trees. Hydro/water site with a grey water tank. Close to the Playground and Washroom facilities. Can accommodate up to a 32′ trailer. Minimum 25′ trailer. Trailer to be 10 years or newer. $4,625.00 + HST

B11 - H/W Transient Seasonal Site

B11 – Transient Seasonal site available for the May 1st – Thanksgiving Monday (5 1/2 Month) Season. Renewable for 2027 by invitation only.

Large lot with a mix of sun and shade. Enclosed site with trees and hedges. Hydro/water site in a quiet area of the Park. Grey water tank on site. Can accommodate up to a 33′ trailer. Minimum 28′. Trailer to be 10 years or newer. $4,625.00 + HST

B12 - H/W Transient Seasonal Site

B12 – Transient Seasonal site available for the May 1st – Thanksgiving Monday (5 1/2 Month) Season. Renewable for 2027 by invitation only.

C5 – Transient Seasonal site ON THE RIVER available for the May 1st – Thanksgiving Monday (5 1/2 Month) Season. Renewable for 2027 by invitation only.

River lot with a mix of sun and shade. Hydro/water site in a quiet area of the Park. Price includes a 300 gallon polyjohn sewer tank with weekly pumpouts. Can accommodate up to a 27′ trailer. Trailer to be 5 years or newer. $6,575.00 + HST

C14 - H/W Transient Seasonal Site

C14 – Transient Seasonal site available for the May 1st – Thanksgiving Monday (5 1/2 Month) Season. Renewable for 2027 by invitation only.

Large lot with a mix of sun and shade. Hydro/water site in a quiet corner of the Park…dead end area without a lot of traffic. Perfect for families. Can accommodate up to a 28′ trailer. Trailer to be 15 years or newer. $4,625.00 + HST

J04 - H/W Transient Seasonal Site

J4 – Transient Seasonal site available for the May 1st – Thanksgiving Monday (5 1/2 Month) Season. Renewable for 2027 by invitation only.

Private lot that backs onto trees with some sun. Hydro/water site with a grey water tank. Can accommodate up to a 34′ trailer. Trailer to be 10 years or newer. $4,625.00 + HST
