Pond Hammock Lounger

We are installing 3 Pond Hammocks for Summer 2013!

Don't feel like tubing?

Like to cool off with your little ones?

Hard for you to get into the river?

Now you can relax in the pond without having contact with "undesireables" in the water.  The interior mesh floor provides a wonderful place for cool, quiet lounging.

Each Hammock holds 8 people and is accessed by a water walkway platform.

GREENGYM

OUTDOOR GYM

GreenGym is an outdoor gym very similar to an indoor gym – from cross trainers to strength training. We have carefully provided a wide range of equipment to suit all needs. It does not use weights for resistance, but rather one’s own body weight.
GreenGym parks provide a great opportunity for everyone to enjoy fitness and healthy active living.

Enclosed dog run

We are pet-friendly.  We have installed an enclosed dog run so your dog can get "off leash" for a little run around with you.

Dogs can also run free on the walking trails in the forest.  Please clean up after your pets.  Dogs must have shots up to date.

"The Beach"

New Upgrades for 2011!

We have a beach area down by the J-section and the island.  A great place for digging in the sand and playing with little ones.  It keeps them out of the main part of the flowing river.

“Hello Catherine, Ron and family,
Winter is gone, and I am so anxious to get back to your campground.  We have been to many and yours is the nicest we have seen. It is incredible...people tubing that river, it is so beautiful.  Me, being a non swimmer and terrified of water, I was even talked into doing a tube run and I loved it and can hardly wait to do it again.  The park is so clean and so peaceful.  Sitting under the awning with a coffee in the morning or around the campfire at night, it's like the rest of the world doesn't exist.  And on top of all that, there is the warm and friendly greetings from you and your lovely family and - Charlie.  As far as we are concerned, this is the only campground for us. Thank you for making each outing memorable."

Fran, Dennis & Lacey (dog) from Gilford, ON
