Booking Your Camp Site

	Reservation Fee: $9.00 - Reservations are highly recommended to ensure a site, especially on Long Weekends and the Summer Season.  Non-refundable
	Non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.
	Non-refundable deposit of 1 night + HST is required for all Long Weekend bookings.
	Camping Reservations cancelled more than 3 days from time of arrival can change their reservation to another date within the same calendar year - $10.00 charge
	Cancelling within 72 hours of arrival (4:00 p.m. 3 days before) an additional 25% is charged to credit card. Same day Cancellations & No Show - full reservation amount is charged to credit card.

Booking Your Rental Unit

	Reservation Fee: $9.00 - Always Recommended to ensure a Rental Unit     Non-refundable
	Non-refundable deposit of 50% + 13% HST
	Rental Reservations cancelled more than 14 days from time of arrival can change their reservation to another date within the same calendar year - $25.00 charge
	Cancelling within 14 days of arrival, an additional 25% is charged to credit card. Cancelling within 7 days & No Shows - full reservation amount is charged to credit card
	No Rental Reservations can be made without a Credit Card on file. This acts as your Security Deposit
	Late Departure is subject to another night charge. Please be respectful of guests arriving after you.

Seasonal sites are on an automatic renewable basis each year providing approval from the Owners of SSRVP.		One year Seasonal sites available for those with your own trailer that is 10 years of newer or min 35' if there are available sites.

	Qualified dealers include Saugeen Springs RV Park (Huron Ridge by General Coach), Pike Lake Trailer Sales (Northlander and Gulf Stream), Lazee Acres and Niagara Trailers.
	* Saugeen Springs does not take trade-ins
